Cancellations & Refunds

1. Cancellations

  • Participant-Initiated: Classes must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Instructor-Initiated: If a class is canceled due to instructor unavailability or operational reasons, participants will be offered an alternate slot or credit.

2. Refunds

  • Trial/Introductory Sessions: Refunds are not applicable to trial sessions.

  • Monthly/Pack Subscriptions: Refunds will be processed only if the cancellation is made within 3 days of purchase and no session has been attended.

  • Workshops/Events: A 50% refund is available if cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 4 days of the event.

  • Medical Cases: If a participant cannot continue due to a verified medical condition, a prorated refund or credit may be provided upon submission of valid medical documentation.

3. No Refunds for Digital/Online Programs

Once accessed, digital programs—including online courses and video content—are non-refundable.
